The journey to provide pure and natural milk to our community began with a simple idea, sparked by conversations with friends and family. As an IT professional, I had always dreamed of contributing something meaningful to society, a gift that could truly benefit humanity.
This story took shape during the challenging times of COVID-19. When I moved to a home on the outskirts of the city, I quickly realized how difficult it was to find pure milk. Despite spending a good amount of money, I struggled to find a reliable source. My search led me to various buffalo farms, where I was disheartened to see many farmers feeding their animal's leftover food from hotels, this troubling discovery forced me to reconsider my options, leading me back to standard milk packets.
After some research, I was shocked to learn that around 60% of the milk packets on the market contained adulterated milk, posing serious health risks. This revelation stirred something deep within me. I turned to my grandparents, who lived about 45 kilometers from Hyderabad. They provided milk from farmer's buffaloes, which were fed only on natural foods—grass, hay, and fresh leaves.
Every Sunday, I would make the journey to collect this precious resource. It was a joy to bring home milk that I knew was wholesome and safe. However, as the week wore on, the supply dwindled, making it difficult to provide my children with healthy milk.
I soon discovered that many of my neighbors were facing the same issue. After discussing our concerns, we collectively realized the need for a reliable source of natural milk. Inspired by this shared struggle, I decided to take action. We started a small initiative to supply fresh milk directly from farmers to our community, delivering it every morning and evening in small quantities.
At first, the logistics were challenging; sometimes the transportation costs exceeded the total cost of the milk delivered. But we persevered. Over time, our small venture gained traction, and we built a loyal customer base. People began to witness the quality of our products and shared the goodness with their friends and family.
